Biography

Cindy joined the team at Select Carriers in 2006, prior to serving several roles in the manufacturing industry. She has deep expertise in logistics analysis and bid/proposal management.

In her role, Cindy provides strategic and technical support for Select Carriers’ sales and marketing activities, especially as it relates to positioning carriers’ operational capabilities in proposals for shippers’ bids.
Cindy holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Cindy is married with four children, and lives in Fairfield, New Jersey. Her dedication to family values spills over into how she serves our clients at Select Carriers. She has enjoyed giving back to her community through the years by serving on her Regional School Board of Education, various Booster clubs and Scouts. Her interests include reading, golf, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Proposal & Bid Management
Cindy plays a pivotal role in managing the bid and proposal process, ensuring that every carrier’s strengths are clearly presented to shippers. With her detailed knowledge of operations and market positioning, she crafts compelling, strategic proposals. She’s skilled at translating operational details into competitive advantages within bid responses. Her work directly contributes to Select Carriers winning and retaining key shipper contracts.
Marketing Strategy
Supporting Select Carriers’ marketing efforts, Cindy helps align carrier capabilities with shippers’ expectations in a strategic, persuasive way. She contributes to crafting messaging that not only showcases service quality but also builds brand trust. Her industrial and logistics background allows her to speak both the technical and commercial languages fluently. She ensures that marketing supports real, operational outcomes.
